BAKED MUSHROOM OMELET
Baked Mushroom Omelet

- 8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 c. butter
- 8 eggs, beaten
- 1 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 1/4 t. rosemary
DIRECTIONS
Sauté mushrooms in butter. Combine with remaining ingredients and turn into a buttered baking pan, 7×11 inch. Bake at 325° for 15 minutes or just until eggs are set.
Serves 4.
