Baked Pecan Chicken
1/4 c. margarine
1/4 c. Pecan meal
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 1/2-3 lb. chicken, cut into serving
Heat margarine in oblong baking pan until melted.
Mix dry ingredients together and coat chicken. Place chicken pieces skin side down in baking pan.
Bake at 425 degrees for 35 minutes.
Turn and bake another 15 minutes or until done.
