- 1 can (16-oz) crushed pineapple; drained
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/4 lb butter
- 6 slice bread; cubed
- Mix pineapple, eggs, sugar and flour together and pour into a 1 quart casserole.
- Melt butter and stir in bread cubes gently to coat.
- Put buttered cubes on top of casserole and bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
