1 can (16-oz) crushed pineapple; drained
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon flour
1/4 lb butter
6 slice bread; cubed
Mix pineapple, eggs, sugar and flour together and pour into a 1 quart casserole.
Melt butter and stir in bread cubes gently to coat.
Put buttered cubes on top of casserole and bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
