Baked Pinto Beans

Serves 4-6 | Prep Time 5 min | Cook Time 40 min

Ingredients

1 can pinto beans
1 tbsp oil
salt
pepper
1/2 tbsp rosemary


1. Preheat oven to 400 F


2. Rinse and dry the pinto beans


3. Toss with 1 tbsp oil


4. Spread on baking sheet


5. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and rosemary


6. Roast for 30-40 min
