Baked Potato Dip
2 16 oz tubs of sour cream
1 3 oz package of bacon bits or 12 pieces of bacon, fried and chopped
1 16 oz package of shredded colby jack cheese
1 bunch of green onions, diced
Salt and pepper
Empty sour cream containers into a large bowl.
Mix in the bacon bits, cheese and green onions then season with salt & pepper to taste.
Refrigerate for at least two hours then serve with potato chips, potato wedges, vegetables, or as a topping for baked potatoes.
