BAKED POTATO SALAD

- 8 potatoes, peeled, diced and cooked; 1lb. yellow american cheese, diced; 1c. mayo; 1/2c. diced onions; 1/2lb. chopped fried bacon or 1-( 2oz.) jar bacon bits; 1/4c. green olives with pemintos, chopped.
Combine the potatoes, cheese, mayo and onions in a bowl. mix well. Place this in a 9"x13" baking dish. Top with bacon and green olives. Bake @325F for ! 1-hour. Be sure that all the cheese is melted. Note** If you double the recipe do not double the cheese! It will be too much.
