BAKED SEAFOOD CASSEROLE

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces crabmeat
  • 1 lb. fresh cooked shrimp
  • 1 green pepper, chopped fine
  • 1 onion, chopped fine
  • 1/2 can pimientos, diced
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 lb. mushrooms, quartered
  • 1 cup mayo (preferably DUKE'S)
  • 2.5 tsp. seasoning salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp. hot sauce
  • 1 cup wild rice
  • Dry Bread Crumbs

Directions

  • 12 ounces crabmeat
  • 1 lb. fresh cooked shrimp
  • 1 green pepper, chopped fine
  • 1 onion, chopped fine
  • 1/2 can pimientos, diced
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 lb. mushrooms, quartered
  • 1 cup mayo (preferably DUKE'S)
  • 2.5 tsp. seasoning salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp. hot sauce
  • 1 cup wild rice
  • Dry Bread Crumbs
  • Mix first 7 ingredients. Mix together remaing ingredients except bread crumbs. Blend the mixtures together. Place in a buttered casserole dish. Spinkle top with bread crumbs. Place in a 375 degree oven. Bake 30 minutes. 8 to 10 servings.
