BAKED SWISS CHICKEN
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 can(10 3/4) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup white wine or chicken broth
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 cup crushed seasoned croutons
Place chicken in a greased 9x13 pan. Combine soup, wine or broth and pour over the chicken. Lay cheese on top and cover with crushed croutons. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until juices run clear
