- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 2 large potatoes (about 1 lb.), cut into 1/2" sticks
- 1/4 cup Chicken Broth
- Mix chili powder, garlic and black pepper. Set aside.Toss potatoes with broth. Drain. Place potatoes on baking sheet. Add seasoning mixture. Toss until evenly coated. Arrange potatoes in single layer.Bake at 450 degrees F. for 30 min. or until golden.
- Serves 4.
