Baked Zucchini and Eggplant Chips
1 Zucchini, sliced into chips
1 Egg Plant, sliced into chips
2 tbsp. Parmesan Cheese
1 tbsp. Oregano
Toss the sliced zucchini and eggplant in Olive Oil, parmesan, and Oregano.
Place on a baking sheet lined with Parchment paper.
Bake at 350 until as crispy as you want them.
