Baked fish in Herbs
Why I Love This Recipe
Simple Healthy Fish!
Ingredients You'll Need
1 tsp. olive oil
1 lb. any white fish fillets (I like Talapia)
1 tsp each: parsley, chives, rosemary
Pour oil in shallow baking dish.
Place fillets in dish.
Cut lemon in 1/2, squeeze about 1 tsp. juice over fillets.
Sprinkle with herbs.
Slice remaining lemon 1/2 into thin slices and arrange on top of fillets.
Bake at 450 for about 12 min.
