Bakery-Style Muffins

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/3 cups sugar
  • 10 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups add ins, your choice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly oil or spray the top of a standard muffin tin and line cups.




Mix together dry ingredients (Flour through salt). Make well in middle and add wet ingredients (sugar through eggs).




Stir in add ins and vanilla.




Spoon into prepared muffin cups, evenly distributing among all. Batter should mound above rim. Bake until golden brown, 30-35 minutes.
