BAKERY-STYLE MUFFINS

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/3 cups sugar
  • 10 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups add ins, your choice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly oil or spray the top of a standard muffin tin and line cups.
  • Mix together dry ingredients (Flour through salt). Make well in middle and add wet ingredients (sugar through eggs).
  • Stir in add ins and vanilla.
  • Spoon into prepared muffin cups, evenly distributing among all. Batter should mound above rim. Bake until golden brown, 30-35 minutes.
