Balsamic Glazed Pork Tenderloin
1 1/2 lbs pork tenderloin
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp brown sugar
-preheat oven to 375 degrees
-rinse pork under cool water
-trim fat and season with salt & pepper
-heat skiller over med-high heat
-sear pork on all sides & set aside
-add vinegar, reduce heat to medium & and stir in brown sugar.
mix well until vinegar thickens into glaze.
-return pork to skillet & spoon glaze over pork
-place pork in roasting pan and roast for 20 min.
-let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
drizzle remaining glaze & juices from pan over pork
