Balsamic Pork Chops

Serves | Prep Time | Cook Time 8 to 11

Ingredients

4 thin cut, boneless pork chops
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp honey
salt and pepper to taste


Spray a pan with non stick spray.


Salt and pepper both sides of the pork chops.


Cook 4 min on each side or until done.


In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar and honey.


Remove pork chops from the pan and set aside.


Pour the vinegar and honey mixture in the pan and whisk to combine the pork chop drippings with the sauce.


Let simmer a couple minutes until the sauce thickens.


Add the pork chops back to the pan.


Spoon the sauce over the chops when serving.
