BANANA, PEANUT BUTTER SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Milk ( can use fat free, soy milk, etc.) whole milk makes it taste much better.
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 banana

Directions

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until you attain the consistency you like.

Notes

I can't remember where I found this recipe, but I just love it for a morning pick-me-up treat. It's super Yummy!
