Banana, Peanut Butter Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup Milk ( can use fat free, soy milk, etc.) whole milk makes it taste much better.

1 tablespoon peanut butter

1 banana


Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until you attain the consistency you like.

I can't remember where I found this recipe, but I just love it for a morning pick-me-up treat. It's super Yummy!
