Banana & Cheesecake Dipping Sauce (Diabetic)
½ cup nonfat sour cream
2 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese
2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon fat-free (skim) milk
3 packets of sugar substitute or equivalent of 2 tablespoons sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla
3 medium bananas, unpeeled
Place all the ingredients (except for the nutmeg and bananas) in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth.
Take 2 tablespoons of the mix and place into small plastic container. Sprinkle with nutmeg (optional). Cover the containers and put into the refrigerator.
When ready to serve, peel the bananas and dip the bananas into the sauce.
