2 cups Flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup mashed banana
½ tsp salt
1/3 cup sour milk
½ cup butter or shortening
1 cup sugar
Preheat over 350.
Grease bottom only of a 9x5.3”loaf pan.
Sift flour, baking soda and salt, set aside.
Cream butter until fluffy. Gradually add sugar and cream, mix well. Add eggs beat well. Add bananas and blend thoroughly. Alternate adding the flour mixture and banana mixture and blend well.
Bake for 60-70 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Remove and cool on a wire rack.
For mini loaf pans bake for 30-35 minutes
