1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
4 tablespoons sour cream
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup (2) ripe bananas
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Grease a 9x9 loaf pan.
3. Beat butter and sugar together.
4. Add eggs and mix well.
5. Add sour cream, baking soda, vanilla, bananas, and flour.
6. Pour into loaf pan and bake for about 45 minutes or until a knife comes out of the center clean.
