BANANA BREAD

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup (2) ripe bananas

Directions

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • 2. Grease a 9x9 loaf pan.
  • 3. Beat butter and sugar together.
  • 4. Add eggs and mix well.
  • 5. Add sour cream, baking soda, vanilla, bananas, and flour.
  • 6. Pour into loaf pan and bake for about 45 minutes or until a knife comes out of the center clean.

My dad's recipe for banana bread, nothing fancy, just like him.
