BANANA BREAD

Ingredients

  • 1 c. of sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. of butter
  • 2 c. of flour
  • 1 tsp. of salt
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 4 large ripe bananas smashed

Directions

  • Cream the sugar, egg, and butter together. Add the flour, salt and soda. Blend and add the mashed bananas. Bake at 350 for 1 hour
