Banana Coconut Pancakes
2 ripe Bananas, mashed
5 organic Brown Eggs
1/3 cup. Coconut Flour
1/3 cup. Rolled Oats
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
2 tbsp. Coconut Oil (for cooking)
Add all ingredients in a bowl, whisk until you have a smooth consistency (no lumps).
Pour 1/3 cupfuls onto a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side.
Add your own toppings and serve
