Banana Crunch Pie
For The Crust:
2/3 cup margarine, melted
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup nuts, chopped
1/4 cup brown sugar
For The Filling:
4 oz. package of vanilla instant pudding
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
2 bananas, sliced
In a large pan, melt margarine over low heat. Add flour, nuts, and sugar and stir until golden brown. Let mixture cool slightly, then press into the bottom and sides of a 9" pie pan. Chill for 30 minutes.
Prepare pudding mix according to package directions, substituting sour cream for milk.
Line the crust with sliced bananas and cover with filling.
Chill for 1 1/2 hours and serve.
