BANANA KAMUT BREAD

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw sugar
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1 t baking soda
  • 1 t cinnamon
  • 1 t ground cloves or nutmeg
  • 1 heaping cup kamut flour

Directions

  • cream: 1 cup raw sugar, 1/2 cup canola oil
  • add:2 eggs,3 ripe bananas
  • add:vanilla, baking soda, cinnamon, ground cloves or nutmeg
  • add just until mixed:1 heaping cup kamut flour
  • Sprinkle some more raw sugar on top of the batter, if desired (this makes a crunchy, sweet top).
  • bake at 350 40-45 minutes in a greased loaf pan.
