2 bananas cut up
1/2 cup low fat yogurt
1 cup milk
Splenda to sweeten
put all the ingredients in the blender or smoothie maker and whiz it until smooth and creamy.
Pour into tall glass and enjoy.
BTW I usually have any kind of fruit in my smoothies.
You can put in a fruit you like.
