BANANA WALNUT BREAKFAST BISCUITS

Ingredients

  • 2 c. Jiffy Mix
  • 1 mashed ripe banana, plus enough buttermilk to make 1 cup
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 c. chopped walnuts

Directions

  • Fold all ingredients together
  • Drop into greased muffin cups and bake at 425 for 10 minutes or until golden.
