- 1 whole banana
- 1 pear or 1 can of pears ( light syrup)
- Honey
- Sugar
- Butter
- Cinnamon
- Chopped alomonds
- Optional:
- ice cream

DIRECTIONS
Cut banana in thin slices and dice the pear. If you use canned pears dice them as well.Drain juice if canned pears are used. Place 3 tablespoons of butter in a skillet on low heat. When the butter starts to melt, always stirring ingredients, add the sliced banana and diced pears. Then add 2 tablespoons of honey, sugar and cinnamon. Once banana and pear become soft in butter sauce you may turn off the skillet. Spoon in mixture into crepe then fold. Also spread some sauce over crepe and topping it off with vanilla ice cream andchopped almonds. You may also substitute mexican cheese with this recipe instead of the ice cream. I prefer the mexican cheese. Recipe may be adjusted to your taste.
