BANANAS & CHEESECAKE DIPPING SAUCE

Ingredients

  • ½ cup nonfat sour cream
  • 2 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon fat-free (skim) milk
  • 3 packets of sugar substitute or equivalent of 2 tablespoons sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • Nutmeg (optional)
  • 3 medium bananas, unpeeled

Directions

  • Place all the ingredients (except for the nutmeg and bananas) in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth
  • Take 2 tablespoons of the mix and place into small plastic container. Sprinkle with nutmeg (optional). Cover the containers and put into the refrigerator.
  • When ready to serve, peel the bananas and dip the bananas into the sauce
