4 Tbsp Butter
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 cup Dark rum
Vanilla ice cream
Melt the butter over low heat. Add the sugar and cinnamon, stirring constantly.
Cut the bananas lengthwise, and then in half. Add the bananas to the pan and cook until just soft. Remove the pan from the heat. Slowly add the rum.
CAREFULLY return the pan to the heat until it flames. Cook until flame goes out. Place bananas over the ice cream and spoon sauce on top.
