BARB'S BLUEBERRY CAKE

 

  • Cooking Time: 40 minutes
  • Servings: 9
  • Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 c sugar
  • 3 T butter, melted
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 2 c flour
  • 1 t baking powder
  • 1/16 t salt
  • 2 c blueberries
  • 2 T coarse sugar (or regular sugar if you don't have coarse)

Directions

  • Cream together egg, sugar and butter
  • Add milk
  • Sift together dry ingredients and add to wet mixture
  • Fold in blueberries gently
  • Turn into greased and floured 8 inch square dish
  • Sprinkle 2 T sugar over the top
  • Bake at 350 for 40 minutes

This recipe came from a co-worker. Super easy and super good!
