Barb's Blueberry Cake

INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 40 minutes
- Servings: 9
- Preparation Time: 10 minutes
- 1 egg
- 1 c sugar
- 3 T butter, melted
- 1/2 c milk
- 2 c flour
- 1 t baking powder
- 1/16 t salt
- 2 c blueberries
- 2 T coarse sugar (or regular sugar if you don't have coarse)
DIRECTIONS
Cream together egg, sugar and butter
Add milk
Sift together dry ingredients and add to wet mixture
Fold in blueberries gently
Turn into greased and floured 8 inch square dish
Sprinkle 2 T sugar over the top
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes
