6 tablespoons butter
6 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
3 cups chicken broth
1 cup whipping cream
1 package 1 pound linguini, cooked and drained
4 cups cooked turkey, cubed
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 jar 4 ounce pimentos, diced
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
4 drops hot pepper sauce
1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated

In a suacepan over medium heat melt butter. Add the flour, salt, pepper and cayenne. Stir until smooth. Gradually add broth bringing to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in crea. Mix 2 cups cause with linguine; pour into a greased 13x9" baking dish. Make a well in center of noodles leaving about a 6x4" space. To the remaining sauce add turkey, mushrooms, pimentos, parsley adn hot pepper sauce. Mix well. Pour into center of dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes then uncover and bake 20-30 minutes more until bubbly.
