BARBECUED SPARERIBS

 

  • Cooking Time: 2 hours

  • Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • Sauce:
  • 1 med. onion, chopped
  • 2 T. vinegar
  • 4 T. lemon juice
  • 2 T. brown sugar
  • 1 c. catsup
  • 3 T. Worchestershire sauce
  • 1/2 T. ground mustard
  • 1 c. water
  • 1T. celery salt
  • 3 to 4 pounds pork or beef spareribs

Directions

  • Brown in skillet spareribs. Drain grease and pour sauce over them and on med. heat bring sauce to almost boiling. Then cook covered about 2 to 2 1/2 hours on low heat or in the oven at 325 degrees F.
