Barbecued Spareribs

Serves 6 | Prep Time 20 minutes | Cook Time 2 hours

Ingredients

Sauce:
1 med. onion, chopped
2 T. vinegar
4 T. lemon juice
2 T. brown sugar
1 c. catsup
3 T. Worchestershire sauce
1/2 T. ground mustard
1 c. water
1T. celery salt
3 to 4 pounds pork or beef spareribs


Brown in skillet spareribs. Drain grease and pour sauce over them and on med. heat bring sauce to almost boiling. Then cook covered about 2 to 2 1/2 hours on low heat or in the oven at 325 degrees F.
