Ingredients

1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/4 cup oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 2-1/2 to 3 lb. chickens, half or quarter broilers


Sprinkle the washed and dried chicken with salt and pepper. Place chicken skin side down on foil in a broiler pan.



Combine the tomato sauce, oil, vinegar, mustard and sugar to make a sauce. Brush the chicken with the sauce.



Broil in a preheated broiler for 30 minutes on each side. Brush with sauce occasionally.
