  • 3/4 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. barbeque sauce
  • 2 T. brown sugar
  • 3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerator biscuits
  • 1 T. minced onions


  • Preheat oven to 400°. In a large skillet, brown ground beef and drain. Add the barbeque sauce, brown sugar and onion and mix. Separate the dough into biscuits. Place each biscuit in an ungreased muffin cup, pressing the dough up the sides of the cup. Spoon the meat into the cups. Bake at 400° for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
