Basic Batter (Crepes)
1 cup flour
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1/8 tsp salt
1 tbls butter or margarine
Place ingredients in the order mentioned into the blender.
Blend 30 seconds. Stop, stir, scrape sides. Blend 30-60 seconds longer.
Pour batter into pie pan.
Preheat crepe maker until light goes on (about 3 min).
Dip into batter at a slight angle, then flat. Almost to the edge.
Light will go off
Crepe is done when light goes "on" or crepe is slightly browned (about 45 seconds).
