Why I Love This Recipe


Ingredients You'll Need

Crust:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
Filling:
3 pkgs. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons flour
1-1/2 cups sugar
6 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons lemon juice
12 ounces sour cream
1/2 cup butter, melted


Directions

Crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter OR margarine. Press onto bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan. Bake at 325ºF for 10 minutes. Cool.


Filling: In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese with electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Add flour, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and lemon juice. Blend well. Beat in sour cream and butter. Pour into prepared graham cracker crust. Bake at 325ºF for 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until filling is set. Turn off oven. Leave cheesecake in oven with door slightly ajar for 2-3 hours. When cheesecake has cooked completely, chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
