- 4 cups sifted all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups nonfat dry milk powder
- 5 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1.2 tsp. salt
- In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients.
- Sift this mixture twice.
- Store in a tightly sealed container for up to three months in a cool dry place.
NotesThis versatile cookie mix can be stored in your cabinets for up to three months and can be used for many different recipes. It's great to have for whipping up a really fast batch of cookies anytime!
