Basic Egg Bread

I have had a few bread machines over the years but none compare to my new Cuisinart Convection Breadmaker. I love this thing!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons margarine or butter, softened
  • 3 cups bread machine flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons bread machine yeast

DIRECTIONS

NOTE: Do not use the delay bake option with this recipe


Bake on White Bread cycle
