Basic Meatballs

Ingredients

1 Pound Lean Ground Beef
1/2 cup Fresh Bread Crumbs
1 large Egg -- beaten
2 tablespoons Sweet Onion -- chopped fine
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper -- freshly ground
1 clove Garlic -- minced very fine


Place ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, onion, garlic, salt & pepper in a large mixing bowl.


Mix well using hands. Form meatballs using a cookie scoop, or a teaspoon and your


hands.


Meatballs may be fried or baked for immediate use, or placed on a baking sheet


and frozen; remove meatballs from baking sheet once completely frozen and place in a zip


baggie for storage until needed.


Label and store in freezer up to 3 months.
