Basic Protein Pancakes

Serves 3-4 | Prep Time 5 | Cook Time 10

Ingredients

1 cup. Rolled Oats
1/2 cup. Egg Whites
1/2 cup. water or milk
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1-2 tbsp. Honey or maple syrup


Blend all ingredients together in a blender on high.


Pour onto a greased and heated skillet.


Cook for 3-5 minutes on each side.


(keep refrigerated)
