- 2 cups bread flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 TBSP sugar
- 1/4 cup dry butter milk
- 1 tsp salt
- Wet ingrediants (add at bake time):
- 1 egg
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup butter (4 TBSP)
- 1 1/2 tsp yeast
- I usually mix four of the premixes at a time. The night before just add the wet ingrediants.
- I use this as the base recipe and modify it with several variations.
NotesI have tried many different recipes and this one seems to always be our family favorite.
