- Ribeye steak
- Soy sauce
- Olive oil
- Garlic butter
- Marinate ribeye steak with soysauce, pepperm olive oil and garlic over night. Be careful not to make the mix too salty.
- Before grilling or sauteeing insert whole basil leaves into the steak
- Grill each side 4-5 minutes.
- Before serving add garlic butter to the top of the steak. You can place a piece of tin foil on top of the steak to allow it to melt.
