BASIL-TAHINI DRESSING

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup silken tofu.
  • 3 Tb tahini (or more, depending on your taste).
  • 2 Tb lemon juice.
  • 2 Tb apple cider vinegar.
  • 1 Tb soy sauce, or wheat free tamari.
  • Dash of sesame oil.
  • Dash of Bragg's (or more).
  • 2 large garlic cloves.
  • 1 Tb dried parsley.
  • 1 cup fresh basil, or more.

Directions

  • Blend all together well, adding water to thin if necessary.
  • Serve with salads or roasted/grilled/steamed/raw greens or vegetables. Pour over your favorite pilaf or whole grains like quinoa, or use in a pasta salad. Add to sandwiches wraps, spread on flatbread, or serve with falafel.
