INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup silken tofu.
- 3 Tb tahini (or more, depending on your taste).
- 2 Tb lemon juice.
- 2 Tb apple cider vinegar.
- 1 Tb soy sauce, or wheat free tamari.
- Dash of sesame oil.
- Dash of Bragg's (or more).
- 2 large garlic cloves.
- 1 Tb dried parsley.
- 1 cup fresh basil, or more.
DIRECTIONS
Blend all together well, adding water to thin if necessary.
Serve with salads or roasted/grilled/steamed/raw greens or vegetables. Pour over your favorite pilaf or whole grains like quinoa, or use in a pasta salad. Add to sandwiches wraps, spread on flatbread, or serve with falafel.
