Why I Love This Recipe

My mom and I could eat a whole thing of hummus in one sitting, not knowing how much fat content we are consuming it's still so good. I came up with a healthier hummus, I haven't made it yet but I'm sure it's delicious. I do know that the fat content is way less than store bought.


Ingredients You'll Need

2 cloves of garlic
2 cups. Canned Chickpeas, drained- keep liquid
1 tsp. Sea Salt
1/3 cup. Tahini
3 tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
2 tbsp. Water or Chickpea liquid
8 or less dashes of hot sauce
Sun dried Tomatoes or 1/2 an avocado for taste.


Directions

If you have a food processor then that will work perfect for this.


Drop your garlic down the processor tube, process until minced.


Add all other ingredients into the food processor and purée them.


Blender:


Add all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until puréed.


Taste for seasoning, Serve Chilled.
