Baylee's Vanilla Almond Espresso Cookies
2 tsp. Vanilla Bean Espresso Almond Butter
1/4 cup. Agave nectar
1/2 cup. Oat Flour (just blended oats)
1/4 cup. rolled oats
Dash of Vanilla Extract
Mix ingredients in a bowl.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Use an ice cream scoop to measure out each cookie.
Bake at 350, for 17-20 minutes.
Top with a sliced strawberry
