2 (4.25-oz.) cans chopped black olives
1 (4.5-oz.) can chopped green chiles
4 green onions, chopped
3 tomatoes, seeded and diced
3 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
salt and freshly ground pepper
tortilla chips, for dipping
Stir together all of the ingredients (except for tortilla chips), in a medium bowl.
Cover and refrigerate the dip for several hours to let the flavors blend.
Serve with tortilla chips.
