BEEF ENCHILADA'S (CHASE'S FAVORITE)

Ingredients

  • Hytop Enchilada Sauce Packet
  • 1 lb Ground deer meat
  • Shredded cheese
  • Tortilla's

Directions

  • Follow directions on sauce packet in sauce pan
  • Brown meat in another pan
  • Combine 1/2 the sauce and 1 cup of shredded cheese with meat
  • Use large pyrex dish
  • Dip tortilla's 1 at a time in sauce and lay in pyrex dish
  • Add meat mixture and roll up
  • Repeat until you run out of meat mixture
  • Pour remainder of sauce on top and top with shredded cheese
  • Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
