Beef (tenderloin or boneless serloin)
melted butter (optional)
Red Peper Sauce (hot)
Cut beef into 1X2" pieces.
Marinate as desired.
Let stand at room temp for 30 minutes. This helps keep the oil warm as the fondue pot is used.
Fill fondue pot with Vegatable oil and butter (optional) to mark as directed on your pot. Heat oil to 350-400 degress.
I find it easiest to heat on stovetop, then transfer over burner for serving.
Slice large pieces of Sweet Peppers and Onion to accompany the meet for the fondue. These piece should be large enough that the fondue poker will not have problems mantaining the food on the stick :)
Provide choice of sauces to accompany the meat.
