- 1.5 lbs lean ground beef
- 1/2 - 3/4 C reduced fat feta cheese (you won't miss the fat!)
- 1/2 C onion, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, grated
- 1/2 tsp dried savory
- 1/2 tsp ground allspice
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp Greek seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Combine all ingredients.
- Form into patties.
- Grill or fry to desired doneness.
- Serve on flatbread or a burger bun.
- Top with lettuce, tomato, and Tzatziki Sauce.
