BEEF STROGANOF

 

  • Cooking Time: 8hrs
  • Servings: 5
  • Preparation Time: 15mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pound round steak
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/8th tsp pepper
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 1 tbs worchester sauce
  • 1 1/2 cup of beef bouilion
  • 1 tbs ketchup
  • 2 tbs dry white wine
  • 1/4 fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 1/3 flour
  • 1 cup sour cream (I use less!!!)

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients EXCEPT the sour cream and slow cook on low for 8 hours
  • After 8 hours, turn off heat and quickly stir in sour cream
  • You can add more flour if you don't like the thickness!
  • I like to serve over egg noodles :)
