2 Tbsp Butter
1 small Onion
1 lb Mushrooms
1 lb Beef round
1/4 Cup Worcestershire sauce
8 oz. Cream Cheese
16 oz Sour Cream
In a medium stop pot over meadium-high heat melt butter and add diced onion.
Slice mushrooms and add to onion/butter in pan let cook until mushrooms release their water (sweating?)
add 1/4 Worcestershire sauce.
Cut beef into 1/2 cubes add to pot.
Let cook thouroughly (about15-20 min).
Add cream cheese and sour cream mix let simmer for about 30 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
I serve this over egg noodles.
